跟secretary有关的
Secretary的意思还是很多的，除了常见的“秘书”之外，它还可以指“书记”，如：
中共中央总书记 the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China
省委书记 Secretary of a provincial Party Committee
书记处 secretariat（secretary的变体）
秘书长的顺序正好和总书记倒过来，是secretary—general, 如：
联合国秘书长 the Secretary General of the United Nations
还有许多职务从中文字面看并没有“秘书”字样，但英语仍需用secretary，如：
美国国务卿 the Secretary of State
美国财政部长 the Secretary of Treasury
美国教育部长 the Secretary of Education
美国国防部长 the Secretary of Defense
